EFT and cash. A deposit is required for any job that crosses the Gauteng border.

Yes-we operate Monday through Saturday. Sundays are our rest day.
Pricing & Quotes

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on five key factors:

1. Distance - Collection to delivery address. Diesel is a major cost factor, so longer distances mean higher base pricing.

2. Load size and weight - The volume and weight of your items determine which vehicle is needed and how many crew members are required.

3. Vehicle required - From a 1-ton bakkie to an 8-ton curtain rail truck, low-bed trailer, or crane truck. The right vehicle is matched to your load.

4. Labour - How many people are needed to load and offload. This is affected by item weight, quantity, and difficulty of handling.

5. Access conditions - Stairs, lifts, narrow passages, long carry distances, and difficult parking all add to the time and effort involved.

Do you publish a price list?

No. Every job is unique and we don’t believe a generic rate card does justice to the complexity of real-world transport. We quote every job individually based on your specific requirements, so you get a fair price-not an inflated catch-all rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT and cash. For jobs that remain within Gauteng, payment is typically due on completion. A deposit is required for any job that crosses the Gauteng border prior to the move date.

Is there a deposit required?

A deposit is required for any transport service that crosses the Gauteng provincial border (e.g. JHB to Cape Town, Durban, or any other province). This is confirmed and agreed upon at the time of booking before we proceed.
Booking & Timing

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally 2–5 business days in advance to ensure vehicle and crew availability. For large jobs, office relocations, or long-distance moves, we recommend booking 3–7 days ahead. Urgent and same-day moves are handled subject to availability-contact us directly for these.

Can you do same-day or emergency moves?

Yes, subject to vehicle and crew availability on the day. Contact us as early as possible for urgent jobs-the sooner we know, the better the chance we can accommodate you. Emergency and same-day moves may attract an availability premium.

What days do you operate?

We operate Monday through Saturday. Sundays are our team’s rest day and we do not take bookings for Sundays.

How long will my move take?

It depends on three things: the distance between collection and delivery, the total load size, and traffic conditions. A small local move can take 2–4 hours. A full house move across the city might take a full day. Long-distance jobs can take 1–2 days depending on the route. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate as part of your quote.
Insurance & Cover

Are my items insured during transport?

Yes. We cover basic goods-in-transit insurance on every job at no additional cost. This covers your items against loss or damage during transport. For high-value or fragile items, full cover can be discussed and arranged based on your specific requirements-just let us know when requesting your quote.

Can I get full cover for my move?

Yes. Full cover insurance is available and can be arranged to suit the value and nature of your load. Simply indicate this on your quote form or discuss it with us when we prepare your quote. There may be an additional cost for comprehensive cover depending on the declared value of your goods.
Vehicles & Fleet

What size vehicles do you use?

Our fleet covers the full range:

Workhorse bakkies (1-ton and up) - for smaller jobs, single items, or tight-access locations
4-ton curtain rail truck - medium house moves, office furniture, multi-item loads
8-ton curtain rail truck - large household and commercial moves, long-distance loads
Low-bed trailer - heavy machinery, industrial equipment, oversized items requiring low ground clearance
Crane truck - on-site lifting and placement of heavy machinery, factory equipment, or items with no easy ground access

How do you decide which vehicle to use?

When you submit your quote form, we assess the total volume and weight of your load, the nature of the items (fragile, oversized, heavy machinery, etc.), and the access conditions at both locations. We then recommend and price for the most suitable vehicle. Using the right vehicle means faster loading, fewer trips, and no damage risk from overloading.
Heavy & Special Items

Can you handle heavy or bulky items?

Absolutely-we move any and all heavy or bulky items. This includes industrial machinery, factory equipment, gearboxes, engines, safes, heavy gym equipment, large furniture, and anything else that requires specialist vehicles or handling. We assess each job and bring the right equipment, including crane trucks and low-beds when needed.

Do you move factory and industrial equipment?

Yes. We specialise in industrial and factory relocations. This includes production-line machinery, lathes, presses, CNC machines, gearboxes, and large mechanical components. We assess the weight, dimensions, and access at both the collection and destination site, and deploy the correct vehicle and rigging. Photos of the equipment and site are extremely helpful when quoting these jobs.

Can you move special items like golf carts, scooters, or motorcycles?

Yes. We transport golf carts, scooters, motorcycles, quad bikes, and any other special or unusual items. We assess each item individually and use the right tie-down and securing methods for safe transport.
Moving Day Preparation

Do you provide packing services?

We currently require all items to be packed and ready before our team arrives for loading. We do not offer a packing service at this time. However, we’re happy to advise on best packing practices for different item types-just ask when you contact us. Proper packing is the best way to protect your belongings during a move.

What do I need to do before moving day?

To make the day run smoothly, please:

Pack all boxes securely and seal them properly. Label fragile items clearly.
Disconnect appliances (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher) at least 24 hours before the move to allow them to drain and stabilise.
Ensure clear access at both the collection and delivery locations-clear paths, open gates, and parking for our vehicle.
Remove any items you plan to transport yourself from the rooms to avoid confusion.
Have your payment method ready for after the job.

What if I have fragile or valuable items?

Please flag fragile or high-value items when submitting your quote form or when confirming your booking. This allows us to bring appropriate protective materials and assign extra care. For extremely valuable items, we recommend discussing full cover insurance rather than the basic goods-in-transit cover.

What areas do you cover?

We operate from Johannesburg to anywhere in South Africa. Our base of operations is in Gauteng, so local and greater JHB jobs are our home turf. We also regularly do long-distance runs to Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, and all other major destinations across the country.

Do you do small / local jobs too?

Yes-absolutely. We do smaller local jobs too, not just big moves. Whether it’s a single item, a few boxes, or a small apartment move, we’re happy to help. No job is too small for us.
Rubble & Junk Removal

How is rubble removal priced?

Rubble removal pricing is based on:

Material type and volume - What the rubble consists of (brick, concrete, mixed construction waste, soil, etc.) and approximately how much there is.

Labour - How much physical work is required to load the rubble onto the vehicle.

Distance - From the site to the disposal point.

Provide photos and a rough quantity estimate (in cubic meters or bags if possible) in your quote form for the most accurate pricing.

Do you remove post-move junk as well?

Yes. We offer junk and rubbish removal after moves-broken furniture, old appliances, general post-move waste, and anything else that needs to go. This can be booked as a standalone service or added onto a move job.
